Ordering/ Cut-off-date

Cut off date to order Rox-of-the-Month membership is the last day of each month.

What does this mean?
If you subscribe on the 31st of August, you will start your membership in August and receive the August’s mineral.
If you subscribe on the 30th of September, you will start your membership in September and receive the September’s mineral.

Shipping Method and Schedule

Depending on your location, we will ship either USPS Priority 2-day Mail OR UPS 3-Day. Every order ships within 3 business days of processed payment.

What does this mean?
If you signed up for your Rox membership on the 15th of August, your September shipment will be processed on the 15th of September..

Cancelling your LuxeRox Membership

It would be a bummer to see you go, but we won’t judge!  

Simply log into your account and cancel before your renewal date and you will no longer be billed for future shipments. Your renewal date is based on the day you signed up to subscribe. For example, if you signed up on March 17th, your credit card payment recurs each month on the 17th. So, be sure to cancel prior to the 17th to avoid future charges

Returns

We love our customers and don’t take them for “granite”:

If for some reason, you’re not satisfied with LuxeRox, simply email us at hello@luxerox.com and we will be happy to further assist you.  You have up to 10 business days from the date of your purchase to return your Luxerox box for a refund minus a restocking fee of $40.00 USD.  Returns will only be accepted in its original packaging along with the mineral, pouch, and stand.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do you define “Palm-size”?

We have standards! Each LuxeRox specimen available in our Buy Now and Subscription-based offerings must meet our company size requirements.  In order to be “palm-size”, at least ONE of the following dimensions (depth, height, OR width) MUST be at a minimum of 3 inches across.  

What does “Rare Find” mean?

Rare Find items will specify which region and/or mine the specimen is from.  Rare Finds are also specimens from regions and/or mines that are no longer accessible and/or are close to being depleted.  It is potentially a specimen that can go up in value based on our suppliers’ sources and information.

What does “Limited Quantity” mean?

Since our products are naturally occurring and are not manufactured in a factory, certain specimens will have limited supplies and availability.  Weather, shipment delays, and other factors (like a global pandemic) will and can affect our supply chain.  If a specimen is tagged as “Limited Quantity”, it might never come back into our assortment again once it is sold out.

What does EXCLUSIVE mean?

LuxeRox Exclusives are:

1.) Any specimens that are too large to display on our standard LuxeRox mineral display stand

2.) Any specimens that are priced over $300.00 USD on our website

3.) Specimens that requires special packaging and won’t fit in our standard shipping box
